Betina Gozo  Nike Master Trainer and creator of Women’s Health Magazine's Woman's Guide to Strength Training - works with clients and top industry leaders as a fitness professional with a focus/emphasis on strength training. Her #1 goal is to use fitness and training to inspire people to make positive lifestyle changes so they can live their most optimal life. Betina’s strength is motivating clients to reach outside their comfort zone in order to transform their body and mind.   An individualized, dynamic approach to fitness helps Betina’s clients find their own passion and drive to reach their fitness goals. As a Nike Master Trainer, Betina has been featured on the Nike Training Club App and has been an advisor for Nike marketing content. You can often find her leading inspirational workouts and live events throughout the United States and Nike World Headquarters.  As the winner of Women's Health Magazine's 2017 "Next Fitness Star, "Betina has created the “Woman’s Guide to Strength Training”, a 12 week digital training plan designed specifically for women, in partnership with the magazine. From killer workouts to tips on how to navigate the weight room, Betina shares her expertise to help you get the most out of your resistance workouts.  She also travels the world, empowering and connecting women through her Women's Only Strength Training Workshops or Women's Strength Training Camps. Betina is a personal trainer and group trainer who found a passion for fitness once she finally built up the courage to pick up weights. She discovered that going to the gym could be so much more than pedaling through the elliptical for 20 minutes and finishing her workout with a few crunches. As a trained dancer and performer, she was always drawn to group fitness classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Spin, and Zumba. She was appalled by the idea of lifting weights because of that famous myth – weights make women bulky. However, seeing her strength increase little by little over time only made her crave it more. That’s when she finally gave in, called in for reinforcements and cashed in on a complimentary personal training session. She’s thrilled to say that she eventually debunked the myth, and has been on a mission to educate others of her journey to inspire them to do the same. Between training on her own and attending group fitness classes regularly, she continued to discover more about her body and alternate forms of conditioning. She literally became an endorphin addict and with that, realized how much she wanted to help others discover this incredible high. She finally turned her passion into a profession by becoming an ACE & NASM Certified fitness professional. With her passion and energy, she quickly became a popular trainer at her gyms, always being requested or having her classes filled at capacity. She has been featured globally through NordicTrack, Nike, Women's Health Magazine, WGN News, ABC’s Windy City Live, WCIU’s You & Me in the Morning, and NBC News as a featured trainer. Betina has experience in teaching a multitude of classes; from high intensity interval training, bootcamp, strength, boxing, barre and even Zumba! Her training philosophies lie in functional movement, providing the tools and movement education each individual needs to be able to live their healthiest and best lives.  She does not train all clients the same way because she knows everyone has a different journey, and she wants people to move the best they can in their own body. As a Nike Master Trainer, Betina has lead classes and live events throughout the United States, and she has also been featured in the Nike Training Club app! Betina has lead work outs for groups as big as 1,000 people at various public events. Her passion lies in inspiring people to try things they never thought they could have and to continually surprise and encourage them along the way. She continues to further her education by taking workshops and spending time learning more about the body and the industry. She loves that the industry is filled with so many influential and amazing trainers, and they are her favorite outlet to learning more about fitness and bodies! Her only wish is to influence others as much as they have inspired her!   Selena Watkins PERFORMING ARTIST, INSTRUCTOR & FITNESS MODEL Selena Watkins is a renowned fitness trainer, instructor, professional dancer and entrepreneur who created and founded SOCANOMICS, the very-hot Caribbean Dance workout. The turning point was a San Francisco Giants game at the age of 4 where she asked her dad, "can girls play this sport?".  Also the turning point for Tiana's dad showing excitement about having daughters and not sons! That day spiraled into a 16-year softball career with volleyball, basketball, and tennis along the way ultimately to a deep love for athletics, competition, challenge, and movement. Sport enabled Tiana to experience life in a really unique way and set the stage for her current career at Nike where she gets the honor of serving athletes every day. With a scholastic background in Art, Graphic Design and Visual Comms, Tiana somehow was able to craft her own unique brand of experience to work with some of the most creative and inspirational people in the world. She has worked on a lot of different sport categories including Training, Football, Baseball, Soccer and Nikewomen where she had the space to create meaningful experiences to get more little girls on fields and courts and not just asking "if girls can play that sport".
